1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

We most certainly do!

It's what we love to do most and having lived abroad for many years, it has been part of what we do from the very beginning.

We are currently based in the Newcastle & Hunter region, but this hasn't stopped us from globe trotting when our services are required.

We cater to local, interstate and international weddings for your convenience and peace of mind. Additional costs are quite modest and cover travel and accomodation costs.



2. How many Hours should I book for our wedding?

The 8 Hour package is enough time to capture the pre-wedding, wedding ceremony and reception. If you are worried you can always add extra coverage with another photographer and or videographer. If you want all of the above and extra time with the photographer and the wedding couple, then the All day package is for you.

Hourly rates are also a possibility for extra time beyond your package hours if needed.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We know how unpredictable life circumstances can be, especially when booking dates so far in advance. If for some reason you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our utmost to accommodate the new booking date at no additional cost, subject to our availability. In the case of cancellations, our deposit is non-refundable, however we will work with you to find a fair solution based on the specific circumstances if possible.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We offer a range of options including digital downloads, prints and albums.

You can order your photographs through the client and public galleries where you can choose from a number of options, including prints,  framed prints, canvases, wall hangings and fine art prints. The choice is yours and the shop allows you to see the selected photographs on simulated products to give you an idea of what it will look like in your home.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We have a dedicated videographer who can tell your beautiful light filled story from the moment you wake up on your perfect day, getting ready with family and friends, entering the wedding venue, walking down the aisle, exchanging wedding rings, the first kiss, leaving the wedding venue as husband and wife, driving off together, the reception speeches, the wedding couples first dance and anything in between.


6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

You have complete freedom to do and suggest whatever poses that you feel most comfortable with and for those that need a little more guidance, we can also accomodate your needs, whether it's candid moments or more staged dramatic effects and artificial lighting. It's all possible!

7. Can we meet before the session?

We definitely love to meet our couples before their big day to build a rapport with the photographer and to make you feel more relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. For those who like to leave nothing to chance, we also offer studio bookings that showcase the couples in full wedding regalia or formal dress of their choice. This style caters to Asian style weddings where many shots are taken in studio with props and different backdrops with full control over lighting.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

We like to make sure that everything is perfect, so we offer a sneak peak of what we captured during the wedding via our client gallery and social media if requested.

We also guarantee that the albums and chosen extras, such as framed photographs, canvases and other items are delivered within the agreed period of 4 weeks.
